Press Release:

Greetings from Tromaville! Return to Nuke 'Em High: Volume 2 will play at the 16th Annual TromaDance Film Festival, July 24, at The Paper Box Theater in Brooklyn, NY.

Last week, Fangoria Magazine revealed exclusively that a screening of a work-in-progress cut of the much-awaited Return to Nuke 'Em High: Volume 2 will take place at The 16th Annual Tromadance Film Festival. Friday, July 24th, is the day the TromaDance Selection Committee has chosen to screen the explosive rough cut finale of Lloyd Kaufman's amazing two-part indie event film.

The focus group will ask the audience to help edit the film by answering a written questionnaire. So this should be an interesting event/exercise.

Return to Nuke 'Em High: Volume 2 is the continuation and conclusion of the inspiring adventure of Lauren and Chrissy, two teenage lesbian lovers who must face the most corrupt violent, perverted, corrupt and evil forces ever to descend upon Tromaville... and the world! A film that deals with Bullying, LGBTQ rights and Evil Food Conglomerates among other existential threats forces present in modern society.

In an exclusive with Fangoria, Lloyd Kaufman, President of Troma and creator of the Toxic Avenger, asserted "We've got almost a fine cut, but it's not color corrected and not all the After Effects are done yet. But it will be good to screen it to an audience who specializes in genre film, give out some questionnaires and get some answers from them about what works and doesn't work. I think this screening will be extremely amazing for the public, and the interactive fans who come to Tromadance like to be a part of the event. i think it's going to be a good experience for us and our fans."

The 2015 edition of TromaDance will be held in The Paper Box Theater on July 24th and 25th. As always Tromadance is completely FREE. Submission fee FREE. Admission FREE. Red carpet FREE. The only film festival from the people, of the people and by the people. Give art back to the people.
