"Basket Case" Director Frank Henenlotter Headlines Horror-Rama-Toronto


Horror-Rama-Toronto recently send the horror chamber information for their upcoming convention that takes place on November 4th and 5th. Guests includes Frank Henenlotter (Basket Case, Brain Damage), Lisa Langlois (Class of 1984, Deadly Eyes), Night of the Living Dead co-writer and producer John Russo and more.

Horror-Rama-Toronto, the ONLY stand-alone horror convention and cult cinema celebration, returns for its frightful 4th year, in a larger and wilder space with a gaggle of amazing celebrity guests and cinema icons.

The shocking soiree runs November 4 and 5 at the remarkable 918 Bathurst, an arts and culture sanctuary and converted Buddhist temple located just North of Bloor St., downtown, featuring a grand hall with Vernon Wells (Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior, Commando, Weird Science)a massive stage and a basement labyrinth chock-full of awesome vendors, film screenings and educational celebrity panels and Q&As.

Horror-Rama will once more be hosted by founders film culture enthusiast Luis Ceriz (Suspect Video), magazine publisher and filmmaker Chris Alexander (Fangoria, Fantasm, Queen of Blood) and actress and event planner Cheryl Singleton (Fangoria, Fantasm).

Horror-Rama IV will be joined by special guests, cult actress and Scream Queen Lesleh Donaldson (Happy Birthday to Me, Deadly Eyes, Funeral Home) and writer, director, actor John Harrison (Creepshow, Day of the Dead, Tales from the Darkside, Dune).

The event will also host an off-site dance party with live music and giveaways at Toronto rock boutique Cherry Cola's.

And John Waters' classic Pink Flamingos, co-presented by Cherry Cola’s, will screen at The Royal Cinema on Sunday Nov 5 night, hosted by Mink Stole herself.
